Welcome to SignBox! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the SignBox mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by Teletab Lda. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using SignBox, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

SignBox provides tools for electronically signing, sending, and managing documents. You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use SignBox.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Keep your login credentials confidential.

• Be responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect unauthorized use or violation of these Terms.

3. Electronic Signatures

SignBox facilitates the electronic execution of documents between parties. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Electronic signatures are legally binding in many jurisdictions (e.g., U.S. under the ESIGN Act and UETA).
   
• It is your responsibility to verify the legality and enforceability of electronic signatures in your jurisdiction and for your specific use case.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

SignBox may offer free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the billing period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription via your device’s App Store settings.

Refunds are handled in accordance with App Store policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  

• Upload or distribute content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on rights.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s security, servers, or networks.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and technology on the Service, including software, logos, and trademarks, are the property of SignBox or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, for violating these Terms or engaging in harmful conduct. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you agree to the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lisbon, Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes take effect upon posting. If you continue using the Service after changes, you accept the new Terms.
